In revitalized historical buildings of the former Polmos vodka factory, we offer service premises for gastronomic purposes for rent.
Within these buildings, there will be a four-star Mercure Kraków Fabryczna City hotel, a modern conference area with a ballroom, a fitness center, swimming pool and SPA. One of the premises will have its own brewery with beer brewed on site. A vodka museum will also be opened to commemorate the almost 100-year tradition of this place. A separate underground car park is planned for the service part.

The hotel, recreation and sports functions will be supplemented with concept restaurants with climatic summer gardens located in the outer passage covered by a glass roof with a built-in LED screen.

We are looking for a variety of culinary concepts to create restaurants for a wide range of consumers. We definitely need a place for coffee lovers, Asian cuisine, vegetarian and vegan cuisine. We do not close ourselves to any idea, we would like gastronomy on Fabryczna to be varied, full of different flavors and unforgettable experiences.
Each premises includes external tables located in a covered common passage. Thanks to the flexible layout, it is possible to separate smaller premises dedicated to gastronomy.
